Headless Horseman Experiment The End
Third thing I learned … people may dump you once they get what they want. Is this classified as a ninja? There is probably a good term and I don’t know it, so let me know.
We shall call him Goober. The PuG series of events:
1. Goober asked early on if anyone needed the dps ring. No one answered. Okay make note potential for loot drama.
2. First fight starts. Goober whispers me “Make me leader”. Seriously? I ignored him.
3. Dps ring drops. Those that want it all greed, even Goober. Goober actually wins ring and broom.
4. Goober hearths out after the first run and picking up his ring.
I whispered him to let him know it wasn’t cool to dump the group like that but was glad Goober still got his ring. Goobers response: “It is not my fault that my guild needs me.” I shall give him the benefit of the doubt that he was not lying and had a guild event to attend.
I thought about that. Yes, it is Goobers fault. If he could only do one run, he should have said something.
“Hey, I only have time for one run before leaving to a guild event. If the dps ring drops can I have it?”
PuGs are making me grumpy!
So that is the last one for a while. Maybe I will try again once I feel clean again… Maybe.

I would like to meet more people in PuGs. Because Warcraft is a MMO. So I am not swearing off PuGs just yet but taking a break and keeping my expectations low.
