Iridium is now level 20...
Iridium is now level 20. *cry* I did it. I really did tear up staring at that yellow text “Congratulation on level 20” or whatever. She has been level 19 since February. Off to the Hunter trainer…
Now that I am rich, hot, and lvl 20 what is a girl to do? No one told me hunters received Freezing Trap at level 20! Oh golly gee willikers, BRK told us about how to use those. I know how to use this trap. My first foray into making this work was on an unsuspecting boar.
Trap down
Shoot
Boarcicle!!
Coolio.
Literally on ice.
Pfft… forget this baby stuff. Lets get right to the chain trapping. So seven minutes into having my new toy I three chain-trapped a boar to the guards at Orgrimmar. I could see they were not impressed. Frankly I wasn’t either. I will need to find something bigger or flashier for my next practice. Will have to think on it…humm… what to chain trap… respawns need to be low…oh yea… that is next…a Raptor!
I tamed myself a Deviate Stalker. Headed to Wailing Caverns which will let me practice without responds. Plus farming my own Perfect Deviate Scale and Deviate Scale to make the twinky Deviate Scale Belt is nice too. What I learned…
1. Level 1 snakes trigger Freezing Trap.
2. Frozen level 1 snakes are not helpful when elite runs past it.
3. Druid casters are hellish hard to trap and kite.
4. Ectoplasum show up in neither Track Beast or Track Humanoid.
5. Ectoplasum are resistant to Freezing Traps
6. Not knowing Auto Shoot is on is annoying
7. Auto Shot breaking your own traps is embarrassing.
8. Pull shot macro is a must have.
9. When the fourth trap is resisted you need to have a backup plan.
10. Level 17 raptor pet can tank level 19 elite with pet mend going.
11. If you have multi-hunter feed pet macros make sure you update the food on the correct one. =}
12. Pet leveling is as bad as you read.
