Months End
Things I learned blogging
1. Post regularly. Trying but I am 100% sure it will wane. Hasn’t yet but it will. *presses fingers to forehead* “I foresee a two week vacation”
2. Don’t have to post every day. I don’t think I will ever do that again. Well maybe if TJ asks nicely again.
3. How to spell pfft. Now use it often. Much to the chagrin of my friends… pfft
4. That spelling and grammar is optional. I can do that! I will tell you right now that I have no idea where commas go and I am lucky to complete sentences.
5. Include pictures. Early entries are just my bad writing. So I am making an effort to add images.
6. Link items. Trying to pick random things to link is fun! Sometimes I write a post just for the link. I will link to another blog most likely because they know more than me.
7. Try and post something funny or useful. This is subjective so I am only posting for family, friends, and myself. So if it wasn’t funny or useful to you, it was meant for someone else.
8. My friends actually read my blog. I couldn’t believe how many whispers I received when I posted my mood.
9. Lurkers actually read my blog. This was not something that I expected at all and about my hats. *embarrassed*
10. Careful what you post. I haven’t run into this yet here. But I have gotten myself in trouble for posting in a Forum. And well let’s avoid that whole scenario.
But my big question is “Why do people read my blog?”
I mean there are lots of people who know more and are more fun than I am. I have no intention to please anyone but myself and evidently from number 9 above there are people that actually read this. I mean you are a real person and … I cannot write… so this confuses me.
And anyone that has ever played Boggle … let alone personally witnessed my in-game chat…with me knows that I spell like a drunken orangutan that just finished its last jello shot.

The reason you don't seem to find an answer to your big question is the same as mine as I try to resist starting a blog. I mean, what would be the point? Although I do sometimes get the urge to share what happens in-game with people that are not my guild mates.
Anyway, for me the reason I like to read your blog is that I find them amusing. Yes, they are not as funny as a certain other person and I didn't really see any of your more technical posts to say anything about that content. But still I find it interesting to read about other peoples experience in games, the things they like to do to amuse themselves... It is like getting to know someone interesting without all the small-talk and letting them know about you, I guess. Or maybe I am just thinking too much.
Ok. Back to Lukerland.
*fades away*
I ever play Boggles, I wants to be on your team. We might not win, but we'd sure have funs being the drunken orangumonkeys.
Have a great time vacationizing. See ya in a few weeks!
Well, I like to hear what other locks are thinking... And you wrote a bunch of macro stuff for me! I have been using them ever since! Thanks! I love it.
Gonna miss you, even though I've just started getting to know you.
